Hi, I'm Kolette. I'm the founder of K Fabbioli Advisory, and I've always been fascinated by how things are made. That curiosity led me to study Materials Science & Engineering and ultimately into a career spanning product development, manufacturing, and quality. I love understanding why products are designed the way they are, how materials and manufacturing processes influence performance, and where opportunities exist to make them better. While I enjoy solving complex operational problems, some of my favorite days are still spent walking factory floors, asking questions, and working directly with the people who build great products.

Throughout my career, I found myself drawn to the most complex challenges — whether that meant untangling recurring quality issues, improving manufacturing processes, building scalable systems, or helping bring new products to market. I enjoy digging into problems, understanding what's really driving them, and working with teams to build practical solutions that last.

After more than eight years helping build and scale these functions at Away, I realized I wanted to bring that experience to a wider range of consumer brands. I started K Fabbioli Advisory to partner directly with teams, understand their unique challenges, and help them build better products, stronger processes, and systems that continue delivering value long after a project ends.
